this question is about taxes and is really relating to a single individual who had to form a P.A company for purposes of employment.
background:
new medical student graduate, licensed and ready to work
businesses locally demand incorporation, so formed company and filed with IRS as S-Corp. US Dept of Treasury sent out an EFTPS enrollment and wants company director(aka the doctor) to enroll business bank account for payment of Federal Tax Deposits online. problem is, new doctor has no job yet, so is there a problem with activating the EFTPS and will Dept of Treasury come a-knocking when no payments are made ? question is more about timing, as new doctor has no idea when the first job starts and even then, it may only be subbing as temp fill-in assigments, as these may become available. eventually something will happen but that "eventually" may be off by several months.

Please help
